  27. Find the command that tells your modem to go on-hook and perform a
  28. soft reset whenever it looses the DTR sitnal.  The Hayes command is
  29. usually AT &D2 or AT &D3 depending on your modem.  Yours is probably
  30. set at &D0.

  32. Add the appropriate command to the reset string your software uses
  33. *before* it dials. (Try &D2 first).
