- Find the command that tells your modem to go on-hook and perform a
- soft reset whenever it looses the DTR sitnal. The Hayes command is
- usually AT &D2 or AT &D3 depending on your modem. Yours is probably
- set at &D0.

- Add the appropriate command to the reset string your software uses
- *before* it dials. (Try &D2 first).
